Especially considering they had no custody arrangement in place through the court. Legally, in the state of Florida a child “born out of wedlock is property of the mother”… until paternal rights are established in a court. Even with the father in the birth certificate. I have no idea what the laws are there. If Lucia wanted to take her children to stay with family for a few days, it should be her right. It is extremely unusual that a cleaning lady who works for the father and is on his payroll, is literally spying on her. There’s nothing illegal nor wrong with not being home when your apartment is being cleaned… and Clearly Lucia felt she had to get out of there quickly. These documents just make him look even more insane… him and all his employees were gang stalking her every move! Still… no abuse, no drug use… nothing warranting a child being taken away.
