I’m 21M, I’ve mostly been home besides going to uni around 3 times a week. I started gym with my friends recently to work on my body and stuff. Here’s my experience so far on 2 days:

Day 1: Ate a hotdog 10-20mins before gym and did the following warmups: 5mins of elliptical trainer, 5mins if recumbent stationary bike, 10x3 pushups, 10x3 squats, 12x3 cable row machine, 12x3 pack deck machine. I couldn’t continue into the cable row machine due to nausea and extreme fatigue and decided to finish it and started the peck deck machine then I hit my limit and decided to rest as instructed, and eventually had to vomit the hotdog and called it quits. My legs started to ache like crazy after I got home so I was ready for it to be worse tomorrow

Day 2: Had a milk, banana and biscuits. My legs and both arms hurts like hell but still went to the gym, while I got there, only my right arm was still in pain while the rest were calmed down so I started gym. 3-4mins into the elliptical trainer, I got tired and hard to breathe. I didn’t care and decided to continue then got worse at around 6mins but decided to finish it somehow. I was too tired and slightly nauseous to start pushups but did 2 sets with low effort. Same with squats but I couldn’t continue after that due to nausea. I couldn’t get down the stairs as my legs were almost uncontrollable when stepping for some reason.

Any professional help would be highly appreciated as I’m unsure if this is normal or not good for my health and body if continued. Thank you so much!
