Na3c to Na5c or ?

I have the Na3c and it's fine for what it is . Personally I find it a bit slow and a bit small. I am back in school taking lots of notes, and honestly aside from that, I don't need a whole lot. I'd like a bigger canvas, i know there's a 13" but I think it's also getting kind of old . I don't need or care about the play store . I don't need AI functionality. Honestly I don't even need color . All I really want is excellent writing feel, "fast" (i know with these devices it's no speed demon), frontlight, and a big enough screen with a good note taking and calendar native. EMR not a 100% requirement. Is the Na5c the best I can do? If not boox, that's okay, i just want the best for my use case. Thanks .

So i finally gave in and bought ..

So I got tired of waiting for an insurance appeal to go through so I bought like 3 months and while it was being shipped I was approved. So my months are $30. How confident should I be that the 3 months of compound is as good as the 30 x 3 brand name? I spent the money but the $90 for 3 months of the brand name is negligible to me. I'd rather waste the money than waste my time. Advice?

Issue with ethernet/thunderbolt?

Im using a thunderbolt dock, with ethernet hooked up and just my thunderbolt cable to (host) asus zenbook a16 (SD elite extreme, i think). Thunderbolt dock is a wavlink thunderbolt5, internet speed is 2gbps. The dock shows up but the ethernet is grayed out . Is the laptop unable or something to use a setup like this ?
