What’s reasonable to ask for at a 3rd year contract renewal?
ETA - I’m on 2.7 with deductions of around 400-450k a month

I was wondering if anyone who has kids or if (god forbid) anyone attending Rodillian is on reddit could answer my question.
I went to rodillian in the old building and then the new building they made and I remember leaving at the end of the day was a nightmare, the stairs were super congested and it was just jam packed getting down and I wondered why they didn’t think of that when they built the school.
Along with the tiny dining hall. We all know the British weather can be awful, so when it’s raining and having everyone crammed in there for lunch was just as bad as the stairs.
I was wondering if anything was added to help with these things? Or if it’s still just a hot mess almost 20 years later?
