Who has the best fashion and who has the worst fashion?

What do you guys think?

In my opinion, Worst: Dorit. I feel like she doesn’t have a strong sense of personal style and just wears whatever luxury designers are currently putting out. Logo overkill. There are a lot of styles she wears that I’m sure she’d never wear if it didn’t have a big fat logo on it. Does she ever repeat outfits? With the recent reports of her over the top spending at luxury stores, the words “fashion victim” come to mind. I would honestly love to see Dorit challenged to create an outfit out of clothes from a thrift store, no looking at labels, just so I can get a sense of what her personal style actually is.

Best: Kyle. Even if I have issues with her personality, Kyle does have a strong personal style. She wears what she wants whether it’s on trend or current or not- I love her love of dramatic prints like Camilla Franks. I feel like her fashion line with Shahida is so on brand for her with the bright colorful prints and loose flowy silhouettes. Her accessories (bags, jewelry) are so timeless!!! All her Chanel and Hermes bags from season 1 are still timeless and in style today and don’t look dated at all.

I started longing for a baby in my late twenties. Maybe it was my biological clock ticking but I’d constantly daydream about becoming a mother.

However, I was stuck in a bad relationship back then and didn’t fulfill my dream until my 30s.

About a year before my baby was born, one of my college friends got pregnant. I was happy for her but also felt envious. This feeling only increased when I learned she was having a girl- a girl! My dream! She was so lucky!

A year later, it was my turn. I became pregnant with a little girl of my own! Interestingly enough, I got my own taste of what it’s like to have friends be jealous of me. Maybe jealous is the wrong word. But it was something I noticed consistently with childfree girlfriends in their late twenties to mid thirties- they were happy for me but their reaction was subdued because it also made them pensive about their own lives. I wasn’t upset by it- those feelings are normal.

Anyway, fast forward to my beautiful little toddler who is the light of my life! Starting at around 12 months old, my mom friends started getting pregnant with their seconds. One by one. (Including my college friend, who ended up having 2 under 2)

This time around, I felt zero envy. What I felt was relief! “Thank goodness it’s not me!” is what ran through my mind every single time. I’m relieved to not be pregnant! Relieved to not have to go through labor again. Relieved to not have to go through the newborn stage again.

Plus I have heard from every single one of them that being pregnant with a toddler is on another level of exhaustion.

The other day I hung out with a friend and her 2 kids. Again, zero envy. Just stress and overwhelm at trying to keep track of 2 kids at once running around a museum, both doing different things.

That’s how I know I’m one and done.

I’m watching the show for the first time and I’ve just gotten to Puppygate.

I’ve read through past Reddit threads on the subject but I wanted to chime in with some opinions I haven’t heard anyone else say.

Random thoughts:

I get that Lisa was trying to come up with storylines to make herself more relevant on the show but I don’t think this was a good one. I understand that it promotes Vanderpump Dogs, but when Dorit said that not one but two of the dogs had bit her children, this actually makes me think the charity is giving away dogs that bite! The dogs probably need more training before they can be placed in homes with children.

I actually feel like this storyline makes her charity Vanderpump Dogs look bad, and it would definitely deter me from adopting from there.

When the season was first starting and Lisa kept insisting she didn’t want to talk about Dorit and the puppy— which I found odd, because Lisa has never shied away from discussing anything in the past— at first I thought that maybe she didn’t want to talk about it because it made her charity look bad to be homing dogs that bit people.

Another random thought:

Does anyone remember when Lisa made a big to do about flying to Ohio with Lisa Rinna to buy Ken a miniature pony that was only half an inch bigger than the smallest miniature pony in the world?

Then she saw the pony in person and decided that its leg “looked lame” and she was afraid she’d have to pay medical bills for the pony or have to put it down. Or maybe she just said that as an excuse because maybe the pony didn’t look as aesthetically perfect as she imagined it would?

I don’t remember anyone giving her shit for committing to get the animal, flying all the way there, and then changing her mind.

So I think it’s hypocritical to criticize Dorit for not wanting to keep a dog that was biting her kids and husband.

I think Lisa thought she was 3 steps ahead of everyone else by planting the Radar story and then disputing the story to TMZ. I think she assumed everyone else was too stupid to put two and two together.

But she didn’t take into account that it was season 9 at this point and people had cottoned on to her manipulation at this point.

Also, I’ve been binging the seasons and way back in season 1, I was completely appalled when Camille Grammer revealed on camera that Taylor’s husband was abusing her. It was so wildly inappropriate and indefensible. You had to know of course that the husband would have been livid that it was public knowledge and was going to take it out on Taylor privately with his fists.

I can’t remember it being revealed previously that Lisa was the one who encouraged Camille to reveal it! This is the first time I’m seeing that. What a horrible thing for Lisa to do, especially since she revealed in a previous season that she herself had been abused by a boyfriend once in a relationship before Ken.

And then she encouraged Lisa Rinna to accuse Yolanda Hadid of having Munchhausen instead of Lyme disease…. Then there was the whole thing with Eileen Davidson. Lisa really has stirred a lot of shit! And you know Ken is right there with her plotting away.
