To Frame, from Deck

Can the steam deck be the computer I stream games from?

I started back into gaming at 40 when I bought a Steam Deck a couple of years ago. I commissioned a custom PC earlier this year (running a 16gb 5060ti so pretty solid) but it is in storage and I'm between primary residences for a few months.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried streaming from the Deck to frame yet? Surely right? I just haven't seen anything about it and I have been paying attention here and on YouTube. I have the 1TB deck but I'm just getting the 256gb Frame. Being able to keep my older flat games on the deck but display them on the frame would be great. A few casual VR games native on the headset to take to show it off. Then in a few months I'll see how glossy I can really get things looking with my PC. I feel like a lot of stuff I'm interested in will run well enough at pretty decent high-mid graphics settings.

My almost 7-year old chromebook is on it's last legs. I'd like to get myself a capable desktop situation put together.

I have never been super tech savvy, in fact I'm a bit of a luddite and feel some antipathy for the current state of tech/AI acceleration. I don't want to be left behind completely, as an ignoramus, though.

I have only had a little exposure to the Windows 11 suite when I've hopped on the computer at the library, I'm certainly not heavily invested in it. Seeing as how I'm not already adept at windows or apple interfaces going straight to Linux seems like it might be just as easy with the current OS options.

Looking for advice on what hardware I should be looking at for solid gaming including the ability to expand into VR and also capabilities for 3-D printing.

I'm also hoping to figure out some sort of work from home computer based way to generate supplemental income, not streaming, so want a computer that could meet whatever demands that might entail.

That was a rambling and poorly written list of open-ended statements more than a proper question. Nonetheless any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Budget : Lets say $1,200 less is better obviously but I am trying to be realistic and want something that'll hold up for a good while.
