I saw the issue in the GitHub and it seems the PR related to ir has been merged but until now I've see no notification from my vscode. Anyone know how to fix it?

I'm currently playing as Malacca, nearly conquered three island in Indonesia, but the problem is I'm exceeding my government capacity.
I've been forming states everywhere, because i thought it will give me bigger income.
any suggestions for me, so that government capacity within limit?
i tried:
- centralize state
- using governmenr reform for gpverning capacity.
Should i dissolve the state for some of them?

I've tried using them to convert sunni and fetishm and it doesn't work somehow, my missionaries strength is around 3-4% after deduction in the province where they are assigned
