Doctor recs for a way overdue patient?

I haven't been to the doctor in probably ten years. I know--it just wasn't something I'd made a habit of doing and then as more time went on, I got even more anxious about it. I've told myself this is the year when I finally get myself together and go. I'm in my late 20s, generally healthy with no chronic issues (though I guess I can't be too sure about that either). Any recs for a kind, female doctor who won't be judgy? I'm located in Arlington by DCA.

Edit: I have BlueCross BlueShield, PPO plan, prefer in-network.

Fool's Errand Chapter 26

Wow. I had to read it twice before I even realize what happened. Obviously the entire book was building up to it but it still was a blow.

It was beautifully written though, for such a short passage. I thought it was incredibly poignant how alive Nighteyes felt in his final shared moment with Fitz, ironically enough. Right until the end, he was so full of spirit.
