I came back to legacy recently after a long break and am not overly familiar with using Cabal Therapy.

I normally used thoughtseize and the blue counter package.

I was hoping those more familiar with the format and energy vs other matchups could give me some tips of when to use and what to prioritize when using Cabal Therapy.
