Focaccia - what went wrong? Image in comments

It looks pretty good. But it is pretty dense

Recipe followed -
500g All purpose flour
30g whey protein
30g casein protein
470g water
7g yeast

Made it the no knead way.

Folded 4 times after every 30 mins, then let it rest in the tray for 1 hour.

Baked at 200C for 20-25mins

It looks pretty dense.

Is my form correct?

I am one of those people who never feels DOMS, so it becomes a little difficult to know for some muscles if I actually targeted them correctly.

I feel a pump in my chest, but I always feel like I don’t perform chest in the best possible way and usually on pec deck or cable flies. And I also think I have underdeveloped chest.

So, is my form correct?

48kg -> 58kg | 5’7” | 28M | 5ish years | with a lot of ups and downs

Hi r/fitness\_india,

It has been a long journey but still it feels incomplete. Currently feeling the most demotivated I have felt regarding gymming.

Went to 65kg, did a dirty bulk.

Started taking diet seriously in 2024, earlier used to just workout and eat protein, and used to think I cant gain weight because I am ectomorph, have high metabolism. Then learned about calories and realised I have never eaten enough in my life. Lol.

Currently at 58ish kg.

After the 65kg cut kept cutting and bulking as I don’t like fat on my body as I have been skinny my whole life.

Protein usual consumption is 120g

I just decided to hit above 110 consistently.

My staples: 1 shake in the morning with milk, banana, peanut butter and whey - 30g

5 eggs whole or 7 egg whites - 45g/22g

1 scoop whey - 22g

Dinner usually something made of 200g paneer - 44ish g

Also I had soy for like a whole year, everyday.

On a bulk - 2600ish calories
On a cut - earlier used to be 1200cals
Currently do a 1200-1500 cals cut.

Following PPL for the longest time I can remember.

Need suggestion for a new fitness plan with every muscle hit twice, except for legs.

Earlier I used to be so excited about leg day, used to go all amped up to go do squats, but now I am thinking of having only one leg day per week. But I cant seem to create a plan that I can stick with.

Also, is my chest good enough for the physique?

Thanks!!!
