I saw this game on Steam. It was a turn-based strategy game, possibly also an RPG, and I think it used an anime art style. When I googled it I think i read that the game was an enhanced version of the same game released in the early 2010s. The one for sale was released more recently in 2022, I think. It was available for a discount for the Summer Sale and I didn't buy it right away or even wishlist it like an idiot.
