Installed the quadlock on my motorcycle. First ride to post office, maybe 15 minutes. Got back and was removing the phone, the support moved a bit more than I'd expect, and what do you know.

Anyone had similar issue? Could this be an issue on my inatallation side? I used the tools they provided, screwed tight but didnt go all Hulk on ti. This seems such poor durability, I am just disappointed and surprised. Contacted them now but not sure if anything will come off of it.
