Genuine question about creamy layer
Hello,
I wanted to ask you all why a creamy layer concept shall not be introduced in SC/St reservations just like OBC? Wouldn’t it ensure that people who genuinely need reservations due to poverty can use it and prevent misuse by the riches who are already living a great life? I know reservations are not a poverty alleviation scheme.
