Got my rook done about 3 weeks ago. I can't keep my damn hands off because of dermatillomania and I'm scared that I've caused infection. No pain other than the piercing area being sore to touch. Bleeds daily, but also I have thin blood so it bleeds more and it's easier to trigger bleeding. The area is a bit swollen and my ear is red. My other non-pierced ear is not red so it's not a natural redness. Don't think pus is coming out, it does leak clear fluid along with blood and it dries sticky or crusty. The fluid has no smell. There's a bump at least on the bottom side, can't see the top side well but think there's a small bump there too.

I shower daily and run warm water over the piercing. I dry it after and clean with saline. Other than that I clean it 1-2 times a day with saline.
