Week 33: Lost in Translation – Spaghetti Napolitan (スパゲッティナポリタン)

“Neapolitan” spaghetti, a yōshoku (Japanese-style Western food) classic that’s like nothing you’ll find in Naples, or anywhere in Italy, especially since the sauce is ketchup-based and stir-fried with the pasta. Nostalgic, comforting, and incredibly easy to put together!

Week 32: Gimmicks – Sheet-pan hot honey chicken with sweet potatoes, feta, and lime

Hot honey can seem a little gimmicky—especially since it was seemingly everywhere, and on everything, a couple years ago—but mixed with some good Dijon mustard, it was sublime as a roasting sauce/glaze for this quick sheet-pan dinner.
