Recommendations for the best playback device?

I currently use Nuvio on my PC and phone flawlessly without any issues.

However, I watch most of my stuff on the TV and the one I have just doesn't cut it performance wise (I'm guessing that's the problem as I've troubleshooted and nothing improves)

It is sluggish and laggy especially when using heavy catalogues like Kaptain's Mega.

I've also tried it on an old Firestick I had and that's fairly slow also.

So I'm looking for a good android TV box recommendation that will run Nuvio super smooth hopefully without breaking the bank.

I've done a google and Nvidia shield keeps getting recommended, but I'm hoping for a more budget friendly option.

Valueable Card missing, Vinted resolved for the buyer but not me the seller

I have a vinted shop with 640 reviews, all 5 star, 0 negative feedback or problems with any previous orders.

I sold a pokemon card worth £320 via inpost (UK) I recorded myself packaging the card, it was dispatched in a protective sleeve, inside a protective toploader and then in another protective bag then placed inside a sealed bubble mailer.

The buyer claimed it did not arrive, the buyer sent over photos and even indicated that he thinks it was a courier issue as the inpost label was tampered with but the packaging wasn't.

Vinted investigated, sided with the buyer and fully refunded them, then then stated they were NOT going to re imburse me for my card.

I am now down £320 and the card I sold, it was quite obviously stolen by one of the courier employees during shipping.

How do I go about this now? Am I just at a loss?
