New supplement and my stomach is actually flat!

I have on and off Sibo, my stomach is almost always bloated after meals and not a lot seems to help. I’ve tried nearly every supplement and medicine under the sun at this point. I recently fell victim to an Ad and purchased this “Inno Cleanse” supplement on prime day, it’s been a week and my stomach has been flat for 6 days straight now, I’m sooo happy and feel so much more like my old self! The first two days I had a lot of BMs and felt like it really cleaned me out, that kinda slowed down not sure if it’s bc I went on vacation (which always slows me down) or if it started to not be as shocking to my system. Anyways, prob not curing my sibo but thought I’d share for those who are constantly frustrated by bloating! Note I am in no way affiliated with that brand.

I took a 5 day trip to Europe and forgot my meds (oops), I know it has a longer half life so I figured I’d be fine for less than a week. And weirdly I’ve felt great (!!!) and didn’t have a lot of the symptoms I normally do (sluggish, brain fog mostly). I’ve also even been eating a ton of gluten here which I normally do not partake in. I have been walking a ton but I typically workout almost daily so I can’t imagine it is exercise related. What the heck!!

For reference…. I take 100 mcg of a generic Tirosint. TSH is 2.7, T3 2.4 (yes I think I need T3 meds but that is besides the point right now).

What’s your hypothesis here?
