Hi everyone, I'm moving to the area soon and will be staying around Bourdonnette 40. I need to ship a large, heavy suitcase ahead of time and pick it up nearby. Does anyone know the best post office, PickPost partner (like a Denner/Migros nearby), or My Post 24 locker around Bourdonnette or the EPFL/UNIL campus that can reliably accept and store a large suitcase? I looked at the Swiss Post map, but I'm not sure which specific location nearby is best or has large enough lockers/storage space for luggage. Any recommendations or experiences with shipping luggage to this area would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, I'm an accordionist joining EPFL this Fall and wanted to get a feel for the music vibe on campus. I noticed the EPFL Big Band, but since that's a classic jazz big band, I'm curious about other opportunities. Does anyone know if other campus ensembles (like OChE, theater groups, or musical projects) ever incorporate or welcome an accordion into their repertoire? Would love to hear from anyone involved in the campus music scene or if there are specific clubs I should check out. Thanks!

According to Luxair’s website, the cabin baggage limit is 55 × 40 × 23 cm.

My suitcase measures approximately 41 × 41 × 26 cm (so it’s about 3 cm thicker than the official limit, while still being well below the maximum height and width).

It weighs less than 8 kg.

Has anyone had experience flying Luxair with a suitcase that’s just a few centimeters over the depth limit?

Do they usually check cabin baggage dimensions at Luxembourg Airport, or are they mainly concerned about weight?
