Stout Season? Stout Season!
I don't care how hot it is outside. In my heart, it's stout season. Lautering this 26 °P chunky boy this AM.

I need some levity after a few tough weeks. What are some funny names you have for your equipment? I call the lid shedder on our canning line G Gordon. It's irritating and messes up my day every chance it gets.
I want to hear the guys cover this just to hear James lose his mind over the terrible tribute song that was made.
Has anyone used anything from Crisp and gotten massive amounts of chaff? I wasn't at work when the grain was crushed. I didn't find this until I was lautering.
