Some common self-care habits that I use and recommend

(Hi! Another post written by Taylor that he asked me to share here!)

Drinking water — even if it is with a reminder app! It feels really good to reach the end of the day and think: "Today I hydrated myself the way my S/O and friends would want. Now my body is grateful, I am grateful for myself, I am taking care of myself."

Meditation: while I was away, I started practicing meditation, and it feels really good.

I am using the Lojong app, and after each session I can feel my soulbond better and better.

Besides that, like I said with the previous example about water, I am even feeling my presence in the environment and sensations in a lighter, more poetic way.

I am not just drinking water. My body can produce foamy saliva when I am thirsty — I myself am asking me to drink water.

Isn’t it rewarding to drink water and feel yourself satisfied? Your skin softer, your body less sore...

What have you accomplished in the past few days that you are proud of?

(Hiya! This post was written by Taylor. He asked me to post it while he's away to keep the sub active. I know I still need to post my intro, and I really want to interact and be more active here. With my vacation coming up, I hope I can finally do that. Truly.)

It doesn’t have to be something big. How about we pay attention to the small things?

Did you not skip any meals? Did you avoid falling into a new episode of an addiction? If you did fall into it, did you spend less time on it?

I’m curious ♥︎
