DIY Loadable Dumbell Rack Attachment
While trying to learn fusion 360 CAD, tried to draw a rack attachment for loadable dumbell so that I do not need to get on the floor to chance weight. So I customise the width according to my own custom loadable dumbell and got it laser cut and bended. I can hold the dumbell and put it back easily without squashing my hand.
The holder is made from st37 carbon steel and it's 5mm thick.
For the ones gonna ask about dumbell, it's a custom one made at steel shop. It is 38cm wide and the fixed sleeves have 12cm to load plate. I also have 2.5kg lazer cut plates which are 1cm wide. With 5kg bumper change plate inside, I can easily load 40 kg per dumbell which is enough for me. And the shaft is 29mm with mid to aggressive knurling.
I also have brackets designed and cut. I will be sharing after I get some straps with correct lenght.
