How do you all interpret degrees when it comes to a Saturn return?
In terms of the overall story unfolding, what is the significance of the return going exact by degree? If any?
I'm trying to improve my transit interpretation and I still don't quite understand what it means.

Complicated healing process after my surgery for an anal skin tag removal. The original skin tag was large, but not causing pain, and this was mostly a cosmetic procedure.
It looks so much better now than it did the first week. Initially, I believe I got a post-surgical infection, though my surgeon believes I just had an extreme inflammatory response. It was horrifying.
At this point, It's almost been 4 weeks, and I'm not feeling very optimistic about it flattening into the intended outcome. Given that the surgery was cosmetic, I'm a bit disappointed, because now I'm left with a new skin flap AND scarring, though it is at least smaller than the tag was before. I'm hoping it will continue to shrink.
Has anyone had similar outcomes to this surgery? I do have hypermobile Ehler's-Danlos, so there is potential my wound healing was complicated by that. Also curious if anyone underwent surgery twice, if their initial results were not ideal?
Looking for some kind of hope or advice.
got a splinter in my butt cheek from a picnic bench, which has left little darker scar spots where the wood was… (is? hope it all got out but idk)
sounds silly but do you think tret will help? does it generally work as effectively on other areas of the body?
