Going to be taking my serve safe class at the end of the month (i already have it, but my supervisor wants me to do it again before shift management class) and went over how to count drawers/safe, inventory, waste, and do food safety, and i’m so glad i have my managers help and support at my store because im catching on really well, but id like some advice from some of you people? how do you guys make sure things run smoothly? my number 1 priority is employee and customer safety. Also accountability (especially with the money). I also always want to make sure my crew is happy. Share some advice if you can! thank you

Had this lady dump her refresher from yesterday all over the drive thru, right in front of my face. don’t you realize we are the ones who have to clean that up? you couldn’t find a garbage can? i’m tired of these lazy entitled people

i’m an opener at my store and we currently have skeleton crew. they took my register out of the second window for room for the new drink syrups. gotta be running back and forth to pay people out for their orders, making drinks and running. trying to hang in there BUT I NEED MY REGISTER UP THERE this is ridiculous

Pretty sure a lot of people will say yes, but was mad rotated around yesterday, did literally EVERY POSITION back cash, grill, table, running drive thru, present, fries, FC literally was switched around all the time because we were skeleton crew.

Manager was in the kitchen while I was running drive thru and front counter, only with my other coworker with me up front. currently writing this from my car on my break, we stayed in the green during my full shift however customers up front were getting frustrated that i was prioritizing the drive thru and not taking their orders fast enough, got two full screens, dropping hashbrowns as well. i want to be more effective but it was a skeleton crew and i had no order taker. don’t know what else to say here
