Are contingent offers more uncommon these days?

I recently sold my first home which I thought was going to be tougher to sell because of hail damaged siding, old hvac and a few other negatives. I did do a great job on the cosmetics such as cleaning and painting everything. I had 7 offers in the first week which absolutely shocked me and not one of them was contingent. Out of any house to have an inspection on this was it and I also used the landlord disclosure so I didn’t disclose any potential issues.

Is it bad that I get more enjoyment out of watching it grow that spending ?

I grew up in a great family but parents didn’t make much and there were 4 of us kids. We got everything g we needed but parents didn’t waste any money. We are all naturally minimalists. I am 30 now and have a net worth of around 1 mill composed of apartment building, house and stock market accounts. Everything I make I invest and if I won 1 million dollars tomorrow I am sure I would invest 99% of it. I am confident I will die with millions, is this bad?

Installed the original trex decking

Back in the mid 2000s I built a deck with trex and was told it is completely maintenance free. After just a couple years I learned that the product was junk. It came with a 40 year warranty. I am wondering if anyone has had success recouping any money from the first product trex made?
