So, I'm in the North Texas area and have been really trying to land a role in an IONM Trainee program. Based on my experience with that journey so far, I wanted to see if anybody had more insight into the application process? I interviewed this week with US Neuro after applying 1 month ago, and they stated they will send out second interviews/offers in 3-4 weeks. I've applied to Axis about almost 2 months ago too and I'm still waiting on the interviews for that (they stated I'm still in consideration). I just wanted to know if anybody is having to wait quite a bit of time to break into this field?

Also, MPower did reach out to me too, but their next cohort is in a different state, and I am not able to relocate at this time.
