Hello! This will seem dumb, but I’m expecting my first and getting overwhelmed looking at baby clothing and what we need to get. Baby is due around mid February and we live in downtown Toronto… what clothing do I need for baby for the first six months or so? How many of each? Should I expect to need to layer baby’s clothes? What is safe for baby to wear in the stroller while still ensuring they’re warm though? Thank you!
My blood pressure has always been normal and the reading at my family doctor’s office when I realized that I was pregnant at 5 weeks was 116/64. I went in for my first OB appointment recently at 13 weeks and my blood pressure was 112/94, but the nurse just said it was good and the OB didn’t say anything about. I looked it up afterwards and realized that the 94 number is actually really high and an indicator of stage 2 hypertension? Should I be worried? If I clean up my diet, reduce my sodium intake, and get more regular exercise, will that help my blood pressure?
