How can I get the Majestic Horn?
It says here that there's 65% chance that I get one when I break the horns.
I'm new to the franchise so I don't quite know but when I break both the horns, do I need to find and collect the scattered parts, or do I need to carve right on the horn spot when the monster is slain? Carving seems to be completely random regardless of where you carve.
I'm HR 14, on 7 star optional quest of slaying Diablos and all I get after that is Twisted Horns.
Really appreciate any helps!
