Recently a 1bhk flat actually vacated, its like super close to loco bear in 1st block. Super chill landlady. The only con is dedicated parking is not there (4wheeler) and you'll need to climb 4 flights of stairs. But the flat is super cool, its like huge, the tenants are friendly.

24k rent | 1 lakh deposit (negotiable)
