Need someone to help untangle our business software setup in Iowa?

hey everyone, looking for some advice before I hire anyone

I run a small home care agency in Iowa We’ve been around for about 6 years, and right now we use a mix of tools for scheduling, client notes, billing, staff hours, and documents

each tool kind of works on its own, but together it’s a mess. My office manager spends too much time copying info from one place to another, and small mistakes keep showing up. wrong visit times, missing notes, invoices needing double checks, stuff like that.

I’m not even sure if we need new software or if the current tools just need to be set up better.

so I’m looking for a US based company that provides software consulting services (Iowa preferred for face-to-face possible meetings)

Would appreciate any help, folks

Need help with software for my company in Denver

hey everyone, looking for some advice before I start reaching out to companies

I run a small accounting support business in Colorado. we’ve been around for about 5 years, and right now we use a few different tools for client files, invoices, task tracking, email, and reports

Each tool is fine by itself, but together it’s kind of a mess. someone updates a client note in one place, invoices are checked somewhere else, files get uploaded to a shared drive, and then my team spends time copying the same info around

I’m looking for a US based company (Colorado/Denver preferred) that provides software integration services. I just need the systems to talk to each other better, cut down on manual work, and make sure client info is not floating around in five places

I care more about clear communication, fair pricing, and someone who can tell me what’s actually worth connecting first.

If you’ve hired a team for software integrations before, I’d like to hear how it went, what helped, and what you’d avoid next time
