• Xbox is initiating a test for an ad-supported game streaming option exclusively for Xbox Insiders, allowing them to stream owned games for free with ads for a limited time, featuring one-hour session limits across supported devices and regions.

• This new feature aims to lower the cost of access to games, enabling players to experience titles without an upfront streaming purchase and potentially play newer games on older hardware like Xbox One without immediate console upgrades.

• Xbox emphasizes a player-centric approach to advertising, ensuring ads do not interrupt gameplay, meet the same quality standards as content, are clearly identified, and align with player expectations, with plans to refine the service based on user feedback.

• XBOX Backward Compatibility on PC has been introduced, enabling players to enjoy classic original XBOX games on PC and handheld devices like the ROG XBOX Ally.

• The initial release features four classic games: BLiNX: The Time Sweeper, Conker: Live and Reloaded, Crimson Skies®: High Road to Revenge, and Fuzion Frenzy®, all available for purchase on PC and included with XBOX Game Pass.

• These classic titles have been enhanced with new features for PC, including customizable graphics settings such as up to 4x resolution upscaling, VSync support, and improved anti-aliasing, while preserving original gameplay.
