I’d really appreciate some serious financial advice from the group.

I’m currently 30 years old and aiming to become financially independent by 50. Here’s a quick snapshot of my current position:

5 marla plot worth approx. PKR 3.5 million

Around PKR 5 million invested in mutual funds:

• AWT Islamic Income Fund – 2 million

• AWT Islamic Stock Fund – 2.6 million

• UBL Financial Sector Fund – 300k

Own a Suzuki Alto

Monthly income (after tax): ~270k

Monthly savings: ~150k

I’m planning to move abroad soon, so I need to build a bank statement of around PKR 2 million. I’ve heard mutual funds aren’t considered for visa purposes, so I need guidance on:

Where should I park this 2 million so it counts for visa + doesn’t lose value to inflation?

Should I shift some funds or invest in other avenues for better diversification?

Any smart strategies to grow wealth steadily over the next 20 years?

Also, I’m currently learning digital skills to start a side hustle and increase my income streams.
