Travel from Poland to Greece (tips?)
Hey, I'm planning my first hitchhike in august/september. The plan is to go from southern Poland, through Bosnia to Greece. Since it's my first one, I have some questions to ask.
Firstly, how long can it take to go back and forth? I want not to go very fast, some touring and visiting cities on the way, but also not staying more than half a day in one place.
Furthermore, how many clothes is optimal for trip this long? (I'll sleep in a tent/bivy sack, maybe one night in a hostel). And following that, how do y'all wash yourselves while hitchhiking and not staying a hotel rooms?
Food. What's the best to carry in a backpack and what are practical tips to get cheap food (in the Balkans)?
Is Kosovo borders completely fine to cross?
