Why is everyone driving so slow?

I'm driving straight on a lone 60km road and everoyne is doing at least 20-30 km'h under.

Then they'rewaiting at least 3 seconds after a light turns green? Coming to a complete stop and being petrified of roundabouts even when there's no cars around and just standing there for 5 plus seconds.

Feel like everyone's IQ has halved overnight and everyone lost a limb.

I've started honking for the fist time in my life because it seems people are meditating when driving or something.

Adverse Posession Query - Fence

Hi all,

I'm in VIC and the neighbours fence protrudes onto my property by 300mm and 400mm in one area. I have completed a surveryor report which confirmed this.

My intention is to knock down the entire fence along the drive way and erecr a new hebel one and pay 80% of the cost myself and the nghbour pay the rest.

I have just received an email form them saying they will not agree to move the fence at all because they have strong adverse posesssion rights having purchaed the property in 2009 so over 15 years ago.

What do I do now? Shall I knock down the fence so they can't make their claim and put in a temporary one?

I want to speak to a property lawyer but not sure if it will help.

As I understand, they haven't made the posession claim yet as I haven't received any correspondnce but how can I take back my land area?

They also have a shed that protreudes onto my land so I'm guessing I will have to go via Magistrates Court to get this removed?

Creating a lease agreement with multiples tenants?

I was thinking of adverting my investment property on a website like Flatmates, picking 3 people and then telling them to apply via the REA to create a REA.

Would this be a viable strategy? I'm wondering, if one person stops paying rent or needs to be evicted, will the property manager deal with this?

Trying to understand what the difference would be between this scenario and getting a tenant via the normal process using a property manager.

I have zero mental resilience

I cannot finish a match once I am ahead. I cannot put any effort in unless I am forced to in general, e.g when losing.

Just lost a match where I won the first set 6-1. Then I was down 0-2 in the second and lost the second set 6-1 where I gave up. The super tiebreaker I focused hard and was up 8-0 and lost 11-9.

Extremely similar scenarios have happened numerous times. If I win the first set I can guarantee with 100% certainty I will lose the second set. Perhaps ADHD is a contributing factor.

I cannot even remember the second set. Physically I am in good shape, but my mental is incredibly crap. In fact, it gets worse with every match I play.

Once I am ahead, I just give up because I consider the match won. I understand I can't do this, but how? How do I train and improve mental resilience?
