So I’m currently trying to teach myself how to use a trad pole since it seems like a useful tool. I am having trouble though.
My squeegee keeps skipping bits or leaving lines. I’m also not sure what angle to have the squeegee at since the one I’m using has adjustable angles and when to even change the angle (if ever).

So I have a 2019 Ford Transit Connect that I use for work, have equipment mounted in the back ladder racks on the roof. The van has had DPF issues which I believe to be a cracked DPF and was quoted around £3k-£4K for a replacement. That is money that I simply do not have sitting around and considering that I want to get something bigger as soon as I can, it’s money that I’d rather spend on said upgrade.
I have been just using it with the EML on since it didn’t really have any effect on driving. However things changed today when I got my MOT and it turns out an EML is now an MOT fail, which I did not know until today. I need this van to make money.
I also looked and this is a common issue with my van and has been a recall on some models, although apparently not mine after a visit and phone call to Ford multiple pointless hours browsing the web. The recall code is 24E06 for those interested.
Just looking for any general advice regarding my situation tbh. Thank you in advance.
