Hello! I live with 3 other girls and we are all very close friends. This is our first time living in an apartment with roommates. We are having trouble with the chores, and making sure everyone feels like they are doing the same amount of work. I am a clean freak and will do chores if they are not done, so I’ve been picking up a lot of slack. I don’t want my other roommates to feel offended or attacked, so I really need a good way to bring this up and divide the chores equally. We are thinking about a chore chart but aren’t sure where to start.

This kind of sounds stupid and easily resolved, but there have been issues with this and I don’t know how to navigate it further with emotions being high.

Any advice is appreciated!
