First time home buyer

My partner and I are first time buyers, we have the funds for a decent down payment and we found a home we love. A realtor we found through Zillow (he doesn’t work directly for Zillow but does contracting for them or something like that) has been very helpful and informative. He’s recommended we use his preferred lender and it would be through Zillow. Does anyone have any advice or experience lending through Zillow? We’re very hesitant but wanted to get other people’s perspectives. We’ve also been advised by others to use a credit union but neither me or my partner have an existing credit union account. Thoughts and advice please.

Psychiatrist’s testimony

I want to start out by saying I have a lot of empathy for theses heath care workers because it really does seem like they did care. However I feel like it’s weird that they all seemed to have an awareness that Lindsey had other health care providers prescribing her medications and they continued to prescribe to her. For context I’ve been taking medication for my mental health for 8+ years and from my experience, providers aren’t comfortable prescribing if they know you already have a provider prescribing to you. For example, last month I ran out of my psych (SSRI) meds and I already had a follow up with my PC doctor so I asked her if she could fill my prescription. She told me she would fill a week prescription but that she wasn’t comfortable doing that going forward since she’s knows I have a psychiatrist I see. And when she found out I had a psychiatrist, she asked me to sign an ROI so that she could communicate with my psychiatrist about my care. It feels like they didn’t try very hard to communicate with each other so that they could coordinate on her health plan. What are yalls thoughts?
