We had a general contractor come install a door, fence, and patio for us 2 years ago and since then have had issues with all three of them. I really don’t want to deal with the same guy again, but I do need to specific things fixed:

Fence gate is twisting leaving a pretty large gap that I don’t like (new neighbors with a skittish dog I don’t want pushing through).

Sliding door was installed improperly and has let water in, so I need it pulled out, water damage assessed and fixed, and reinstalled. The perimeter of the door was also never patched on the inside so there’s chips out of the dry wall I would like fixed.

Any recommendations for contractors who would be able to fix these issues properly and wouldn’t just do a junky job?
