

Silencer Shop Has Been Sitting on My Form 4 Resubmissions for Over a Month With Zero Communication
Is this normal customer service from Silencer Shop now?
I’ve placed several orders with Silencer Shop over the last 2–3 months and spent a pretty significant amount of money with them, which makes this even more frustrating.
I had two eForm 4s denied because my UPIN was missing. Fine. Mistakes happen. I updated my Silencer Shop account with the UPIN immediately back in April, and my dealer already contacted support as well.
Meanwhile my dealer has already done their part and is also waiting on Silencer Shop.
Now both suppressors are sitting at my local FFL doing absolutely nothing while Silencer Shop drags their feet on basic administrative work.
It has been over a month since I emailed support requesting the Form 4s be corrected and resubmitted. No response. No update. No timeline. Nothing.
These aren’t waiting on ATF approval. They are literally waiting on Silencer Shop to process a UPIN correction and resubmission before certification.
I’ve followed up multiple times and still cannot get a response from support. Meanwhile customers are paying tax stamps, transfer fees, and already dealing with long ATF wait times just to get stalled because nobody can answer an email.
At this point I’m honestly shocked by how bad the communication has been, especially considering how much business I’ve given them recently.
Has anyone else dealt with this recently? Is there an actual escalation contact that responds, or is this just how Silencer Shop operates now?
Both are eForm 4 resubmissions due to a UPIN correction and are currently pending Silencer Shop action before certification.
