Help with 3 month old bedtime sleep!

Help with 3 month old bedtime sleep!

My baby sleeps a lot during the day- following 1/1.25/1.25/1.5/1.5 and naps look like:

Wake ~ 7:00 am
Nap 1~ 8:00-10:00
Nap 2~11:15-12:30
Nap 3~1:45-3:15
Nap 4~4:45-5:30

However bedtime is a mess! She’s definitely tired at 7 and cries to be put down but usually won’t actually fall asleep until 9/930 (and it’s a struggle to get there). A lot of false starts and difficulty to transfer. I’m guessing I need to shorten day naps? But don’t know how because she’ll get really upset if I try to expand any of the wake windows. Any advice?

3 month old - question

Starting to see a pattern for sure- my girl usually refuses that 4th nap and is pretty consistent in taking three (usually longer) naps a day. However…they’re all contact naps. She’s great in the crib at night but will not stand for it during the day haha.

I’m wondering if should prioritize our longer naps or if I should start practicing more crib/nap time even though that will make the nap chopped up/shorter. It does take us a bit to get her to sleep (no longer than 10 minutes but a LOT of protesting) so when she does wake up it takes a lot of effort to save the nap.

Any other thoughts about this welcomed! My husband dream feeds her at 10/11ish but usually she sleeps from 730 to 2 and then back down again for a second stretch. Thanks!
