My discord was hacked and got kicked (and I think banned) from socom confrontation server

Hi everyone my discord account was hacked and start sending spam and scams to almost everyone in my friend lists and servers which got me kicked and banned from a couple of servers how to i get back to socom confrontation server and make them unban me? I'll appreciate any help
