[Edited] thanks everyone the site finally works and I’ve successfully purchased

I’ve been trying to buy fishing license for the past year since mine expired. I went to the site that I normally buy it from: sportfishing.Baja California.gob.mx but it appears the website keeps showing site is under maintenance. Anybody know a solution? Thank you
