They might as well make us hourly instead of commission.

We literally spend a majority of the day doing massive online returns which consumes more time than ever before (especially after anniversary). Between the transfers, marketplace, censoring, and encoding, there’s no time to service customers. No one is making money/goals. Then on top of it, running gobacks to other departments and doing our own is ridiculous. This is the worst anniversary I’ve had in the 14 years I’m working there. It’s a no win situation yet if you don’t make ur goal they ready to kick you to the curb. So freaking frustrating.
