Birding binos, decision between Monarch M7 10x42 or KOWA BD II XD 10x42

Hello! I am looking for a new pair of binos and standing a bit between the two mentioned in the title, since I feel that my Vortex Diamondback 8x32 (which I am going to keep for lighter travel) are a bit meh: the IQ is not great and for dedicated birding trips I need sometimes a little bit more magnification and a bit more light for identification.

Often I have seen the Vortex Vipers recommended, but they are quite a bit more expensive for me, otherwise I had good experience with their warranty. I had the Zeiss Terra ED on my list, but it appears to be a bit underwhelming.

My main concern is to get the best image quality for this amount of money (450 EUR ± 50 EUR), that is why I landed between these two.

I am aware that these are not going to give the IQ of a Swarovski or any 1000+ EUR binoculars, but with a camera in the backpack, I am a bit limited by how much money I can throw into this hobby and a good scope is the bigger goal towards next year.

Would appreciate some insights, since I would need to order them from different shops.
