Got a non moving traffic citation
So yesterday I parked by a curb in the plaza to pick up an order from a smoothie place. Order was taking a bit and I saw a cop car pull behind my car I walked out to my car as he was getting out and told him it was my car. He told me to park in a parking spot and then proceeded to write me a ticket. The ticket was for “unattended vehicle”.
What option should I go with as this is a no points citation. If I just pay the fine $116 I will be done but I guess that’s admission of guilt. Option 2 is get those traffic ticket who will charge $80 plus court fees (outcome will be dismissed or most likely withheld adjudication)
I was thinking of just paying the fine online and be done with it but the ticket lawyer scared me that uber/dd might look negatively and maybe kick me off platform.
Suggestions? This is in south Florida
