I am losing my mind with an issue that I keep having in Toast. I have a bar and we put all orders under the same number and cash tips are kept separate. Multiple days a week my drawer is over and after watching all security footage I cannot figure it out. Yesterday we were over $41.50. I noticed on the cash drawer overview, it says we have $43.76 "cash in hand" which is apparently cash collected from a server - but I don't have servers, everything is under one number. So, what does cash in hand mean? It is rough the amount we are over so I can't figure out if this house money? And why it has it as cash in hand? I double checked that all orders were put under 0000 and not individual numbers. It's making me insane. Anyone have any clue?!?!
