Creative ways to get kids to do heavy work regulation without realizing?

In a similar vein to introducing breathing techniques to some kids with bubbles, I’m trying to introduce some heavy work into some of my elementary routines! Without screens, what are some ways you can gameify/trick them into starting some heavy work regulation techniques in small group or 1:1 settings? Bonus points if they can do it without leaving the room they are in.

Google sheet schedules?

Is anybody kind of google sheet savy, and can give me some insight on how you handle aide scheduling for your program kids?

Im struggling to visualize how to set up my google sheet schedule to chart 5 kids across grade schedules, and then also the aides. I can have the grade schedule, then a column for each kid in the grade with SDI and ICS minutes. But then finding a column for “aid 1s” entire schedule I can print doesnt seem to be easy, especially when you move on past just one grade.

Is there a way to formulate a printable schedule for aide 1, 2,3 ect based on where their names shows up on a kids schedule, or is everybody just staring at it until they are sure they caught every minute they assigned someone, and then manually typing the printable aide schedules?

I’m cackling

My normal nail artist isn’t working until she finds a babysitter for the summer. I love going to her because she can do fine lines and things for me a lot! My nails were really grown out so I went with someone else at the same salon this time, and good lord 🤣😩 I told her i wanted the black lines to be white, and that she didn’t have to follow the photo perfectly since I wanted the design on all 10 fingers. Eta: this is where i went wrong! My directions were bad and its my fault, 100%! After a few corrections and it still turning out this way, i paid and tipped and left. Still wildly far from my expectations, and thats ok!

I just couldnt be direct in the moment and say I didnt like it. I dodged the multiple attempts at upselling, but I couldnt express that I hated it 😅 at least I paid with a gift card. Need to lower my expectations until my girl is back!

Eta: I should have been more clear that yes, I’m just complaining about the design! It doesn’t look like what I asked for, and imo looks sloppy from a design perspective. Not saying its the worst in the world! Just not what i asked for.

Eta: I’m honestly blown away that a lot of people still think its cute! To each their own haha. Im aware that I’m picky, and that’s why I tip well and try to stick to one artist when I like their work. Oh well, excited for her to get back when she does!
