I bought all my Velas when I lived in the US but now I am based in toronto, so I wanted to figure out how the duties/taxes work.
Currently, when purchasing from Vela, they calculate the extra tax and duties we pay at checkout but do we still pay extra duties when it arrives to Canada?
How does redeeming rewards work for Canadian orders?
Also I think someone mentioned not having to pay shipping** if you spend more than x amount — would someone be able to confirm this?
Lastly, minimum purchase where you don’t pay duties? Assuming there are extra fees after shipping.
