I got a job offer at TSMC and signed it contingent on a background check etc… but I don’t want to move all the way to AZ before they do that.

So I’m wondering if they wait until you start to get this info or if they get it right away after you sign a contract and before you start in person.

Hello there, I have a video interview scheduled for TSMC Arizona as a Process Technician with a Manager and an Engineering.

I am just curious what this interview has been like for anyone else who's had one? I have already passed my initial test & behavioral assessment.
