Thoughts on this ?

Honestly, it’s frustrating to see Aziz Akhannouch being welcomed like this in Haouz and Taroudant.

I have nothing against these traditional ceremonies, actually I like them when they are done in the right occasions. They are part of our culture and there is nothing wrong with being proud of that.

But seeing this after everything that happened, especially after the earthquake, I can’t help but associate them with this kind of mentality.

For years we barely see him in these regions, and now he comes and suddenly people are welcoming him like some kind of hero. Meanwhile, there is still a lot of problems in Haouz and Taroudant, development is still far from what people deserve and many of the promises made after the earthquake are still questioned.

People deserve better than this.

My experience with INWI

I've never felt so helpless, I thought I've seen it all, but boy, I was wrong, there are levels to this, and I think INWI has opened my eyes to how incompetent a company can be in this country.

I've made a request to get Fiber optics a month ago, still didn’t get it to this day loooooool.

Long story short, since my goal is not to bore you with my story, I made a request online, waited for a whole week, the technicians didn’t show up, everytime customer support brush me off with "they will be there in 72 hours", nobody actually took any proctive actions to sort my situation out, I had to go to an agency, the agent helped me send a new request, which tbf, made things go a lot smoother, the technicians showed up the next day, and everything was set, the internet service that was supposed to be activated within 12 hours took 2 days, went on a week’s vacation after that, came back, no service, now it’s been a week and they still can’t resolve the issue.

Now imagine, while Inwi is absolutely skrewing me over, their customer, they are actually being rewarded, because I have no option but to use their mobile data, since they are the cheapest in the market (Win), and I use huge amouts of data so quantity is more important than quality for me.

Are we really this miserable, to find ourselves under the mercy of a couple of private companies that control such a vital sector ? And are there any actionable options for me to make them compensate me for the trouble ? Or to report them to any authorities that control the quality of service ?

Been in an accident on my way to work and didn't follow the necessary procedure, need help with the HR process.

Hi everyone,

I have a question and I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has been through a similar situation could help.

I had a road accident while going to work, and the doctor gave me 3 weeks of medical leave. However, I didn’t follow the usual procedures at the time (constat, PV de police, etc.).

I reported the accident to my employer as a work-related accident, but they are asking for a police report. I went to the police to see if I could get one after the fact, but they refused and told me that if I want, I can file a complaint with the public prosecutor (Wakil Al Malik).

My question is: is it worth continuing this process with the public prosecutor in order to try to have the accident recognized as a workplace accident? Or should I just accept it as a regular sick leave and rely on CNSS compensation instead?

If anyone has experience with something similar or knows how this works, I’d really appreciate your advice.

Thanks a lot 🙏
