let’s say someone rarely drinks water
so, like the title says, i rarely drink water. maybe less than 10 sips per day. my meals consist of some liquid-based ingredients (i eat cereal daily, i like yogurt, applesauce, etc.) and i usually drink an espresso and two diet sodas each day. i don’t eat fruit, but i do like zero sugar juice when it’s around. i just don’t drink water often, even when i exercise.
i don’t have any overt adverse effects and ive been like this since high school (im mid 20s). i get regular appointments with all of my doctors and my teeth are great, bloodwork normal, labs normal.
genuinely, what could happen to me?
